We came from a complex with little regard for its residents and within days they know us by name. Not for issues but because they care enough to get to know and remember their residents even asking about mentioned vacations or giving amazing referrals to places in town. When we had a pest issue arise they took care of it right in front of me, immediately ordering the services needed and giving us everything we could need to battle the ants right away. We are always greeted with warm smiles by each agent no matter who’s in that day and encouraged to utilize the amazing amenities. Kinsley was so patient with us as we walked multiple units before deciding on ours and worked so hard to make sure we got everything we needed and helped explain the entire process making it smooth and simple from application to move in. The community itself and the residents are amazing. So well kept, friendly, and welcoming. We even signed a two year lease and are so excited to make this place our home.See MoreSee Less

Ark homes for rent on 13 Striker Rd in Port Wentworth, GA has new, never lived in Town Homes in beautiful community. Triqwesa Sims the community manager showed us around and made us feel welcomed. You’ll love these homes!
