I must say the best part about Oak Haven is the Property Manager, Ana. Ana is absolutely wonderful. Ana has always been very attentive to the neighborhood, residents needs/wants, and always tries to make the neighborhood better than it already is. Ana truly tries to bring the community together by scheduling holiday/community events. Having a Property Manager who cares about the residents and community is the most important part about keeping a safe and happy neighborhood and Ana is beyond that! As a person who owns 2 cars and a motorcycle as well as a cat and planned to move in with my partner, I needed a space that was not only affordable for us, but somewhere I could safely store my property. Even when Ana was on sick leave in July, ark homes still helped me transition smoothly into my new place with very minimal problems. If you have a lot of items and want a home feeling, a family, or want to be near the Tampa Bay Area, oak haven townhomes and the surrounding Riverview area is a great place to live! My husband and I moved in to Oak Haven in April looking for a family friendly neighborhood as we are expecting. Since then, we have experienced Ms. Ana to show genuine care towards the residents. She is responsive when we reach out with questions or ...My husband and I moved in to Oak Haven in April looking for a family friendly neighborhood as we are expecting. Since then, we have experienced Ms. Ana to show genuine care towards the residents. She is responsive when we reach out with questions or maintenance requests and is very knowledgeable in her position. Jose has been to our home a few times for maintenance requests and always does a great job. My requests are never ignored, nor do I have to wait longer than a day for someone to address whatever maintenance request is put in. The one piece of improvement I’d like to see from this community is on the children’s playground. It’s a beautiful playground, however the shade is minimal and is under the sun all day. There is a small canopy over the playground but it definitely needs to be larger.See MoreSee Less
